Drejby Strand Camping has a design which makes it possible to meet the different
needs when camping. We have designed Superior pitches and pitches with sea view
and direct access to the beautiful beach. If you need a large pitch, our XL-pitches will be
a good choice for you. – the pitches are from 130 m² and up.
Cabins
Our cabins are for four persons, and
many with own toilet, extra sink and television.

With a scenic location and direct access to the white sandy beach, we dare call ourselves the best-situated campground in South Jutland. While you’re based here, you can visit the nearby villages and their cozy bakeries, inns and farm stands. All are a bike ride away from the campground. Take a walk along the coast or in the colorful rapeseed fields and get up close to birdlife. If, on the other hand, you prefer vibrant city life, shopping on pedestrian streets and gastronomic evenings, you won’t be far from Sønderborg, which, with its lively town center and multiple choices, offers a bit of everything. Campground by the beach
Dreaming of a beach vacation? Then visit Drejby Strand Camping in Southern Jutland. The grounds are only a stone’s throw from a beautiful white sandy beach. There are plenty of opportunities for sunbathing on the sand, splashing about at the water’s edge or swimming in the blue waves. Many of our guests also bring their own stand-up paddle board and other water sports equipment for an active vacation by the water. Water sports
The beautiful nature around Drejby Strand Camping and the Kegnæs peninsula can also be experienced from and on the water. The inside area of the dam – just a few meters from the campground– is a hotspot for kite and windsurfers. It is particularly good water to practice in. The Surfer’s Paradise surf school is attached to the campground and has instructors throughout the season. If you prefer kayaking, a trip around Kegnæs is completely unique.

Child-friendly campground in Southern Jutland
Camping is one of the most popular vacation options for families with children. There
is plenty of space to play, participate in outdoor games and explore nature. Drejby
Strand Camping on Als in Southern Jutland is no exception, and every year hundreds
of happy children, young people and parents visit us. Our campground has playing
fields, activity rooms, a swimming pool with a water slide and much more. You can

Nearby shopping and services
About two kilometers from the campground, along the small roads, is the charming village of Skovby. There is also a bike path from the campground to Skovby. Here you will find a good grocery store with a nice selection of basic commodities and other necessities. In town you’ll also find the popular old-fashioned Skovby inn with the opportunity to enjoy a good meal (try their signature Hulebøf steak) or a beer in the sun. Next door is Migge’s bakery and cafe. The iconic Gendarmstien trail also begins in Skovby, which is why it’s a great hike or bike tour if you’re itching for a trip out into the Southern Jutland’s countryside.
